Our Temporary Service Includes:
You tell us who you need. We then utilise our skills to find that person. This means that we are able to identify the potential people to join your team, pre-screen each candidate and then select the person who we think will best fit your role.
Emergency Contact Line
We have an emergency out-of-hours contact line should you need us. For larger events, we are also able to offer a Lobster Representative on arrival.
Whether you are in need of an Administrator, an Operations Manager or a Board Level Director, we can help. Our processes ensure we find the right people, every time.

We don't just wait for candidates to come to us! We are actively searching for the perfect person to join your team. This includes using job boards, cv databases and social media too.
All of the candidates we put forward to you have been pre-screened by us. We have telephone and face-to-face interviewed each candidate to ensure they are the best of the best.
We won't bombard you with CVs. We'll only show you the best candidates for your role.

The staff members that we place with you have all been interviewed face-to-face, their experience levels qualified and they have been briefed properly on your establishment and event (if applicable). The first step in the registration process is to phone us. From here, a member of Team Lobster will be able to help.
Online Registration Form
After a discussion about your needs and wants, a member of Team Lobster will invite you to complete our online registration form.
Once the online form is complete, you will be invited into our office to complete the Face-To-Face Interview. Here we will provide further info about being part of Team Lobster and then you will be ready to work.
