We have purpose built training facilities at both Crawley & Worthing where training for all our staff is provided annually. Our in-house trainer is a highly experienced Care Home Manager.
DBS Checked Staff
All our staff hold DBS' that are on the Update Service and checked every 12 months.
All our staff are uniformed as is required for your establishment. Nursing tunics and ID Badges are provided to all staff members.

We don't just wait for candidates to come to us! We are actively searching for the perfect person to join your team. This includes using job boards, cv databases and social media too.
All of the candidates we put forward to you have been pre-screened by us. We have telephone and face-to-face interviewed each candidate to ensure they are the best of the best.
We won't bombard you with CVs. We'll only show you the best candidates for your role.

We want our clients to feel safe in the knowledge that we do exactly what we say we will. In order to give you some reassurance that we have done the necessary checks required for our workers to safely be in your establishment, we provide comprehensive staff profiles for each staff member. These are provided to you in advance of the staff member walking into your home and includes a friendly photograph so you know exactly who to expect.

The Registration Process
The first step in the registration process is to phone us. From here, a member of Team Lobster will be able to help.
Online Registration Form
After a discussion about your needs and wants, a member of Team Lobster will invite you to complete our online registration form.
Once the online form is complete, you will be invited into our office to complete the Face-To-Face Interview. Here we will provide further info about being part of Team Lobster.
Uniform & Ready to Go!
Once we have all necessary documentation in place, we will provide you with your ID Badge and Uniform (if needed) and you will officially become part of Team Lobster!
References & DBS
In order to start work with us, we need 2 references for you. We also need to ensure we have an up-to-date DBS Check.
If you need to update your training, we will book you in for the relevant courses at one of our dedicated training centres.
